The building new parts enclose the significant historic industrial hall together with its historic facilities as a kind heart ,which is now used as a covered village square and event hall.
The flanking new buildings are connected directly to the foundry building , home to shops, restaurants and bars with various culinary offerings and service companies and organizations of all kinds with and without public access.

House at
Sagaponac
The Houses at Sagaponac, a community of 32 modern homes, was planned for 70 acres in Hamptons, New York. It railed against the bloated pseudohistorical architecture of much of the Hamptons, with the idea of offering compact houses on small sites for around $300,000. The project was launched in 2001 by developer Harry "Coco" Brown with architect Richard Meier, who was responsible for the master plan.

Tempe Performing Arts
Center
This project was the runner up in an invited com-petition. This community arts center, comprised of a 500-seat theater, a 200-seat Black Box theater, art galleries, and a cinema, would energize the shoreline of the newly created Rio Salada Lake in Tempe.

Tijuana's importance and rise to a global city has led to its recognition among countries worldwide. In addition to international cultural recognition, Tijuana has received political recognition and is a developing a political center currently host to eight consulates from European, Asian, and North American countries. This project aimed to futher connct Tijuana to San Isidoro and improve Mexicos connection to the US.

The seven story Schlitz Brewery is a marvel of 19th
Century industrial engineering.
The task was to organizing the disparate floor levels, maze-like incongruities, and non-existent public accommodation into a viable facility for the display of Harley-Davidson's massive col- lection of artifacts.

Bowl
A design for the all new Hollywood Bowl was commissioned in 2000. Design criteria stipulated that the structure be flexible enough to accommodate not only traditional orchestral ensembles, but events such as jazz, and pop music; as well as large travelling shows that install their own lighting, sound and scenic elements.

Universal Studios
Beijing
This project marked the first attempt for Universal Studios, to launch a theme park in China. The project included a series of joyrides, shops, photo-studios, restaurants and bars. Universal Studios was located inside of a larger shopping complex and aimed at creating a commercial synergy.

The Santa Monica Museum of Art is a complex of contemporary art galleries, production facilities, classrooms and administrative offices sited within Bergamot Station, an abandoned industrial sector transformed into a cultural center.

The Northridge earthquake of January 1994 jolted the main building CALARTS off its foundations. The new design for the school's diverse community included spaces for dance, music and theater performance, video and film screening, art galleries, studios and seminar rooms.
